Celine and Company Catering “On Broadway” sets ourselves apart with our holistic approach to event management. We believe that each event is an organic and ever-evolving entity. We offer full-service support from the beginning stages of planning through the very end of your special event, going above and beyond to help facilitate your dream becoming a reality. Chef Kim and the staff at Celine and Company work with each individual client to create custom-designed menus and presentation based on the client’s taste, preference and within their budget. We are always upfront about our pricing and guarantee no hidden or unnecessary charges.
Celine and Company Catering provides all necessary staff for events, including an event host, bartenders, servers and kitchen staff. We will arrive at your event location with ample time to set tables, buffet, non-alcoholic beverage stations and bar. Time permitting, we are happy to assist with any other area of your event that might need support. Our staff members are professionals and have been well-trained to handle all aspects of logistics for the events that we cater. The number of staff needed will vary, depending on the final guest count and complexity of your event. Because it is important for us to maintain the highest standards for our clients, we do not participate in events where the food is dropped off, without a qualified staff person to attend to it.
Beverage and Bar Services
Celine and Company’s professional bartenders maintain the highest level of service for our clients. Our bar services include complete set up of the bar; glassware display, beer, wine, spirits, specialty drinks and non-alcoholic beverages. Or bar staff works closely with the event host/hostess as well as the staff at the venue to ensure that we are meeting and exceeding the expectations of the clients as well as those of the event venue itself. We never charge a corking fee and we always serve responsibly!
Celine and Company Catering offers rental assistance at no added charge to our clients. This can include recommendations of quantities, direct order placement with the rental company of your choosing and management of the rental items at the event location. While we are happy to share our expertise and support you with your rental items, we do not maintain responsibility for lost or broken items. We work toward menus that do not require rental of cooking equipment such as grills, fryers or ovens. When applicable, we will provide disposable flatware, plates, bowls and cups.
In certain event spaces that require a day of coordinator or events that require extensive detail and logistic management, a Celine and Company in-house coordinator can be arranged. Our day-of services include event setup and vendor management, ceremony and event flow direction as well as supervision of breakdown and closing responsibilities.
