Celine and Company Catering has outstanding relationships with several event venues in Asheville and the surrounding areas. We work closely with event venues, such as the Junebug Resorts, Yesterday’s Spaces, Betty’s Creek Vineyard and the NC Arboretum to deliver unforgettable outdoor celebrations and breweries like Highland Brewing Company, Archetype Brewing – North (Tap Room and Venue) and Hi Wire Big Top. The Capital Club, a rooftop venue, is a quintessential urban event venue in downtown Asheville for a variety of celebrations. The beautiful Homewood Castle in the historic Montford district offers a great combination of indoor and outdoor charm. The Asheville Masonic Temple, on Broadway St, offer a unique historic setting for all kinds of celebrations. Celine and Company Catering provides all necessary staff for events, including an event host, bartenders, servers and kitchen staff. We will arrive at your event location with ample time to set tables, buffet, non-alcoholic beverage stations and bar. Time permitting, we are happy to assist with any other area of your event that might need support. Our staff members are professionals and have been well-trained to handle all aspects of logistics for the events that we cater. The number of staff needed will vary, depending on the final guest count and complexity of your event. Because it is important for us to maintain the highest standards for our clients, we do not participate in events where the food is dropped off, without a qualified staff person to attend to it.

Céline and Company’s professional bartenders maintain the highest level of service for our clients. Our bar services include complete set up of the bar; glassware display, beer, wine, spirits, specialty drinks and non-alcoholic beverages. Or bar staff works closely with the event host/hostess as well as the staff at the venue to ensure that we are meeting and exceeding the expectations of the clients as well as those of the event venue itself. We never charge a corking fee and we always serve responsibly!

We offer rental assistance at no added charge to our clients. This can include recommendations of quantities, direct order placement with the rental company of your choosing and management of the rental items at the event location. While we are happy to share our expertise and support you with your rental items, we do not maintain responsibility for lost or broken items. We work toward menus that do not require rental of cooking equipment such as grills, fryers or ovens. When applicable, we will provide disposable flatware, plates, bowls and cups.

In certain event spaces that require a day of coordinator or events that require extensive detail and logistic management, a Celine and Company in-house coordinator can be arranged. Our day-of services include event setup and vendor management, ceremony and event flow direction as well as supervision of breakdown and closing responsibilities. For clients that are interested in full-service event coordination, we are happy to recommend one of Asheville’s professional event planners.
